Individual Therapy
Individual therapy is an opportunity to know yourself better and figure out how to better align your actions with your goals. In our sessions, I hope to make it easier to talk honestly about what is happening for you, so that we can work together to shift perspective and create meaningful changes in your life.
I integrate several different approaches into my work and help people with a broad range of challenges they wish to address, including but not limited to: anxiety and stress, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, parenting struggles, confidence building, trauma, and grief and loss.
